The Mommy In The Future Is Our Next President

This is part of my daily newsletter ¬ Please subscribe if you’re interested in practical psychology for everyday life. Because Someone was told me that I should not add more sh**t in the world, I devoted my time to write and publish my work every day.

More women are leaving the corporate to start their businesses, and demanding their share in the high tables.

These women spoke with their feet.

The words that are spoken and making headlines;

Mommies no longer want to be 'Prisoners of men's Dreams' New rules and the establishment of their realms are revealed by their actions, for the new era is for talent competition.

'The mommy truck' is not the point, the question is whether there is a job for Daddy in the future, I suggest that women are going to be in the drives set of virtually every corporation, only 3 percent of us are going to work in factories by 2001, Mommy in the drives-set and Daddy at home washing the dishes, is the fate we male face in the years ahead (an article in the nation's business, 1989 by Tom Peters)'

Just like everyone else, I laughed when I read this article. But I started questioning my self 'What if this is true?' Think of it, if you are a LinkedIn user you know this is true. Some women are dominating the market-beating the hell out of men in their courtyards. I know I've met with these incredible women and I was fortunate enough to have a mentor who is a woman Jorina Van Rensburg.

I can tell you now that more men are feeling the pressure and home is no longer fun. women are building new awareness and signalling to other women that they all have choices and please let us be honest here..... Too many of the programs originated in business schools were designed for men by men and based on the male's experiences not for mommy at home and that is changing now because the mommies of today are no longer the stay at home moms taking care of the babies, caring for the home, and preparing for Daddy before He gets home, Now Daddies prepare their lunch, and dinner or you will survive on takeaways.

We're in a race with this queen and if tomorrow you see women pass you by in a truck, or arrest you or kick your butt or even bossy you around at work don't say you didn't see it coming. Tom Peter already made it clear to us that it will happen.

Mommies in business is not a thing of the past, But a huge change in the male dominating history club, for all women in the world that are ready to do great things.

The role of women in the world's economy has been strengthened, never before have so many women been called to high positions like the time we live in right now and there is more still come.

'Women's movements have a special significance for the immediate future. these movements should be understood not as an assertion of supremacy but as the establishment of justice. much has been said about co-measurement and equilibrium; precisely for the realization of this principle must be the full rights of women be strengthened. one should not think that this will benefit only women, it will promote world equilibrium and thus is necessary for harmonious evolution.'

Oprah Winfrey, in 2018 at the Golden Globes, commented on the above statement when she spoke her truth about the many women who inspired her in telling of their stories about change in the future for women.

In addition to this, I have gathered stories about phenomenal women who are changing the meaning of success.

Let's start with Sudha Pennathur, the founder of Sudha Pennathur LP  ¬ You may not have heard of her because she is not Oprah or the Kardashian, but that is not the point here.

Since 1985, Sudha Pennathur has been designing and manufacturing high-end branded gifts, jewellery, scarves, and home textiles that convey a sense of story and luxury. Unique collections for the modern woman. These elegant, East-meets-West designs are interpreted through a contemporary, ethnocentric lens. Sudha’s collections appeal to women of all ages, who are fashion conscious but also love classic style.

In her interview with Jolina Godfrey, the author of the book 'Our Wildest Dreams: Women Entrepreneurs Making Money, Having Fun, Doing Good'

Sudha Pennathur shared the true meaning of success which will be far more different from our daily gurus of the 21 century. In her words;

'I have 2000 people in India working on various designs in my collection ¬ 2000 people in 14 cities and a lot of villages, every item is handcrafted, nothing is made by machine. These people have 10 generations of crafts behind them and to help revive those crafts is thrilling. My Credo of success involves improving the quality of life of those people who have something wonderful to contribute to the world. If we don't give them the opportunity, their craft will go, their skills will disappear moreover they will not have a tomorrow. there is no challenge or glamor to just measuring success in dollar sales, I see a generation growing up that has been told "Success is a dollar sign bottom line, climbing that ladder, is stepping on people to climb that ladder" I was told that if you step on someone to climb that ladder, you've just broken and fallen a few rungs. I want to see young people being given other options for defining success in the ways that I was given'

Her words were not only directed to women, but my perception has also changed from there and it made me change my approach in business as well.

Sudha has sought to keep the art of India's craftsmanship alive by employing local artisans to create jewellery, clothing & decorator items. She wanted to match the American consumer's tastes with the skills of India's deep reserves of artisan labor.

Her story not only helped me with my understanding of success, and all I wish for is that this many reach thousands of beautiful souls in South Africa and all the young women across the world who are still living in their heads, afraid of the unknown.

Whenever I attend conferences, seminars, or log in to LinkedIn, I always get to remember the words of Sudha because more women are now involved in high sits that were thought are built for men.

Their definitions are changing the business cycle, and they are playing at their new rules. This woman talks success as much likely to the man who is making extraordinary things in life and business.

They may not look like threats to you, but to me, I know and believe that the mommies of the future are our next Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, or The Elon Musk and Daddy in prisons or at home washing the dishes.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr said, 'Not everyone can be famous, but everyone can be great through services'

We all can serve, and Just being born makes us worthy enough for being here.

If you lack self-esteem, and you don't know your 'WHY' in life, then life will always pass you by, and you will always be a spectator cheering on others' success.

I'm not writing for a living, My writing are a cure to my sorrow and my life lesson ¬ I hope to reach as many people who were given a false belief in life like I were before I discovered myself, No one is ever going to tell or teach you how to find your purpose in life _ only you and you alone will find WHY in life because Just being born makes you worthy enough for being here.

Thank you for reading till this far, and joining me on my quest. Let's remember to be civil to one another out there.
